Precipitation Northwest's Code of Conduct

To support PNW's efforts in fostering a safe and diverse community, PNW has introduced a code of conduct that applies to events (on and offline) as well as other general community interactions. We believe that fostering an open community starts with setting the right boundaries and expectations. We all play a role in building a welcoming space.
